Laser cutting service

Our Laser Cutting Service

We use precision laser cutting equipment that can cut metals, timbers and acrylics of all types and thicknesses. We can work from your designs, or create custom designs for you.

Metals Mild Steel – Up to 32mm thick

Stainless Steel – Up to 32mm thick

Aluminium – Up to 32mm thick

Brass – Up to 15mm thick

Copper – Up to 12mm thick

We can also cut hardened steels such as titanium and shim material.

Plastics: Acrylics up to 25mm.

Timbers: MDF and Plywood up to 30mm.

In-house tube cutting with bevel cutting capability refers to the ability to cut tubes or pipes within your own facility while also having the capability to create beveled edges or cuts on the tubes.

Folding

Beyond aesthetics, proper folding enhances the structural integrity of fabricated components. Carefully executed folds distribute stress and load-bearing capacities evenly across the material, resulting in products that are durable and reliable.

Fabrication

We’ve invested heavily in a complete in-house folding solution.

A 250t 3.1m length Bystronic press brake, with very high position and repetition accuracy, provides first-class bending results. (Bystronic call it ‘The only machine that doesn’t produce angle errors.’) The latest 3D Solidworks-based programming software ensures seamless integration from cutting to the final folded product. We accept any CAD files and Solidworks 3D sheet metal part files.

Stainless Steel: MIG & TIG Welding up to 10mm

Aluminium: MIG & TIG Welding up to 12mm
